Age-restrictedI got over my fear of flying April this year, I had a fear of flying that lasted 15 years so I've been making up on missed holidays!
Two of those holidays were to Netherlands, Leiden and Amsterdam. There is so much to do and so much I can recommend. Fabrique des Lumières is an experience not to be missed, I thought that was pretty cool. Body worlds isn't for everyone but look it up before going and decide for yourself. I was very unsure and it was a last minute thing but I'm glad I went, very fascinating. Obviously i tried the stoopwafels, they was still warm and dipped in chocolate and hazelnuts, delicious! I found myself lost in Amsterdam and what an awesome place, my favourite place, I even bought the t-shirt and crop top! I done a day trip to visit the windmills and cheese tasting which was very Dutchy and would highly recommend, had a proper feel for the Netherlands and since coming home i cant stop eating gouda. There's absolutely nothing to not love about the Netherlands and if you haven't been you should go. Its not all coffee shops and red lights.
I done a holiday to corfu, didn't do much exploring while there but the sea is crystal clear. Great place for snorkeling. I will be back to Greece, next time Santorini and skiathos.
I went to playa paraiso in tenerife, that was lovely, not too many tourists, the beach fairly quiet compared to other parts of tenerife. Tenerife also has coffee shops like Amsterdam but you have to pay a member fee.
Done a quick trip to Ibiza, let's just say what happens in ibiza stays in ibiza. I cannot wait to go back next year!
Barcelona was amazing, so much to see so I will be doing another trip soon but I did see several gaudi buildings, Basílica de la Sagrada Família and the gothic quarter. Highly recommend Barcelona if you're into architecture.
