Minimum Booking We have a minimum booking time of 2 hours (or 1.5 hours if local to us).
Travel For locations more than 45 minutes' travel each way, we may request an additional charge to cover journey time and travel expenses.
Deposit For new clients, we ask for a £50 deposit 12 hours before the appointment which will be deducted from the cost of your booking. If we need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations with over 6 hours' notice would be appreciated, though deposits will not be refunded if a cancellation is less than 6 hours before meeting.
Payment We accept bank transfer or cash, either of which should be paid at the beginning of the meet. If you wish to extend the session, this can be negotiated.
Rates Our rates are listed on our price list, and overnight rates may be negotiable for regular clients — please just ask.
Refunds We agree on a set duration, paid for in advance. If you finish early, we are unfortunately unable to credit time back.
