Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Should you need to rearrange you may do so as long as you contact me at least 2 hours before your appointment time (Your deposit will carry over to your next appointment time) however you will only be allowed one reschedule before I will refuse to accept you as a client anymore.
