A. It is advisable to e-mail me first to check my availability. Please note that I will not consider booking requests from anyone who has been a member of the site for less than 24 hours and I will only confirm bookings via mobile numbers - not landlines.

A. I only accept 100% definite bookings, although I will consider last minute bookings if I feel you are genuine on the phone. Any cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will not be permitted to book any future appointments - no exceptions!
