Life outside Adultwork has been intense….busy, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming….but one thing that’s kept me steady is the kind of meetings I choose to have through Adultwork. I often call them therapeutic, not because they’re formal or serious, but because there’s something deeply calming about slowing down with someone.
