Q : I have booked appointment with you, is there anything I need to do once it’s booked?

A : Please confirm all advance appointments on the day by 10am. If I don’t receive confirmation, appointment may be passed on to someone else x. If it’s same day booking please make sure you drop me a txt 30 min before scheduled time. It’s very much appreciated. I may not necessarily reply straight after, but I will definitely meet you if you confirm x.

Q : Personal hygiene

A : I’m afraid to say that I’ve recently had some rather unpleasant experience related to clients personal hygiene. I’ve always given high priority to this, and I try to ensure that my own personal hygiene is scrupulously kept at high level. This means that you will always be asked to take a shower when we meet. Assurances that ‘it’s ok, I’ve already had a shower at home’ are sadly not always to be trusted. So please bear this in mind if you intend to make a booking with me. Thank you :)

Q : I have called/texted you and you did not respond. Why?

A : Bookings are normally best made by txt. Your calls can usually be taken between 8am and 9pm. But as I receive a large number of bookings requests, I can only see limited number of clients per day. Please understand that I’m not always able to respond immediately or quickly to your messages. But please don’t assume that I’m ignoring you. If I don’t reply soon, you can always try again next day. Please do not be upset by this.
