Top tips for self care (May 26, 2025)

If you are feeling exhausted, unwell or wound up by world events just lately, then self-care can help you to become more resilient and happier and healthier inside and out.
1. Head Massage
I spend time through the day giving myself head, neck and shoulder massage. You would be surprised at the effects. This helps to bring a feeling of calm and balance when things to get to me and helps release those endorphins and boosts circulation and ease inflammation.
I occasionally like to go out to a salon or spa and have a back massage which again helps relieves tension and leaves me feeling more relaxed. You will surely notice a different if you take the time to do these things on a regular basis.
2. Stretching
If you are feeling stiff, tense and achy in certain areas then regular stretching can help. I also like to take time to stretch through the day and this makes such a difference for me. I stretch everywhere! Back, feet, legs and my sides. It really helps to loosen any areas that are feeling stiff and keeps me feeling more relaxed and in control.
3. Exercise
