Q : Do you take deposits?
A : I don't necessarily need to if you have good recent feedback. But if you have no feedback, or only feedback from years back I will most likely require one. This is 20%, E-Gift Vouchers from either M&S or John Lewis. It's a very simple, straightforward process.
Q : What happens if I cancel or I'm late?
A : If you need to cancel, please give me as much notice as possible. If you have paid a deposit it can be offset against a rescheduled appointment (only once) but deposits are non-refundable. A small amount of lateness (5-15mins) is not the end of the world, if you let me know by the scheduled meet time (i.e. if we are due to meet at 1pm, and you are running late by 15 minutes, please don't message to tell me at 1:10pm). If you are going to be later than 15 minutes I may have to cancel the booking, unless you let me know as early as possible. Essentially, please treat our date like any other set appointment.
Q : Why don't you take calls?
A : I find well-worded texts and emails are easier to juggle with my other day to day obligations. Despite putting this on my profile, I still get a lot of calls in a day.
