Q : What happens if im late for my appointment?
A : If you are running behind schedule, please do call and or message me, otherwise your appointment will finish at the same time as booked. If you give me plenty of notice I may be able to re arrange your time, but nothing is promised.

A : I have zero tolerance for timewasters and only make time for those that value mine. Any last minute/same day cancellations from clients will be blacklisted and blocked from future bookings. If we have previously met before and you have to cancel with notice and a reasonable explanation, I will consider rearranging although a deposit will be required. A : Theres a difference between asking me what services I provide and what you will be expecting from the overall booking together. Im not saying you should not discuss and particular requests/niches you would like to hopefully be accommodated but writing an email listing all your acronyms is a total waste of time.
