Q : Can you explain Outcalls and Incalls?

Q : Will I lose my deposit if I need to cancel?
A : No, I will give you the opportunity to reschedule the appointment, but if you cancel a second time then you lose your deposit.

A : Did you know that most hotel offer ‘Dayrooms’. The price is usually about half the cost of an overnight. Book over the phone or online, credit card not requested, pay in cash on arrival. No follow up emails. Examples of hotels which offer Dayuse are: Marriott, Raddison, Ibis, Hilton, Ramada, Crowne Plaza, Novotel etc You can visit the Dayuse website. Q : What if I'm a client who has seen you before but I need to cancel?
A : I realise that this is sometimes unavoidable, and I'm happy to reschedule (try to give as much notice as possible please). If this happens more than once I will ask for 50% deposit for any future bookings.
