Deposits
A deposit will be required in the following circumstances:
You are booking by phone and are a new client, or you have in the past cancelled/no showed/did not confirm a booking

The deposit is normally between 20% and 50% depending on the duration of the booking, level of prep required or transport costs for outcalls

The deposit secures the specific appointment time and duration we discuss, it is transferable/refundable in the following situations:
You change your appointment time but the date remains the same (subject to my availability that day)
I cancel the booking for reasons relating to me (for example ill health, household emergency)
I am unable to secure transportation to an outcall
The deposit is not transferable/refundable if:
You cancel the booking (eg. ill health, work/family commitments/transportation issues)
You change the booking to another day
You do not confirm the booking at the agreed upon time
You do not attend the booking
You do not provide the details for an outcall
You have previously been blacklisted and are trying to book me despite knowing this
Confirmation & Cancellation:
Your booking will need to be confirmed on the day, 2 hours before we're due to start. If this time is not convenient for you please let me know and we can arrange an alternative time. If I do not hear from you at the agreed time I will consider the booking cancelled.
If you are running late, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you but may be unable to do so at busy times. If you have an appointment of multiple hours and are running late, the session may be shortened but the fee will not be reduced.
If you are unable to attend our appointment, please let me know with as much notice as possible. If we're able to rearrange the session for the same day, any deposit paid will carry over, if not the deposit will be kept.
If you do not attend an appointment without letting me know I will require a £50 cancellation fee before accepting another booking from you. This will need to be paid ahead of time by PayPal, CashApp or Amazon voucher. This fee cannot be added on to the total of the next booking.
In the event I need to cancel the appointment I'll let you know as soon as possible, your deposit will be refunded in full and I'll add an extra 30mins to your next booking as an apology.

Q : Will you travel to me?
A : Yes, I am happy to offer outcalls both to my local area and further afield. Our time together must be equal or longer than the time it takes to get to and from your location (example, an hour travel time each way means a minimum of a 2 hour booking). For clients outside of the North East this will usually mean an overday/overnight appointment. As I do not drive I am reliant on public transport, so will require a deposit to cover my transport costs.
